Looking to channel your team’s inner Picasso during the next remote gathering? Then Hooray Team’s Virtual Paint Class is just what you need. Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, you get a chance to experiment with different brush strokes, paint styles and more to create stunning masterpieces out of a blank canvas. 

Don’t worry about having the perfect creative skills – it’s all about having fun and exploring your imagination. Each participant will receive a paint kit delivered to their doorstep, complete with canvas, paints, and brushes you need. By the end of this fun team building session, you and your team will be proud owners of one-of-a-kind artwork that you can display or gift.

The Hooray Teams ‘Virtual Paint' Class includes -

  • A paint kit including a canvas, paints and brushes that will be delivered to your place before the event.
  • A professional painting host, who will be guiding you through the painting session.
  • A meeting link to join the Paint Class.
  • No extra mic or technology required.
  • Optional - A redeemable voucher to buy your favorite wine bottle. If you're not a fan of alcohol, feel free to choose a non-alcoholic beverage or a bag of munchies. Please note, this is not included in the cost of the event and will be coordinated and invoiced after the booking is made from one of our team members.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1 Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking

2 Once payment is confirmed, share your team's details for a speedy dispatch of our paint kit to each participant.

3 Then one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customisations to the event (for free!).

4 Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the day of the event, simply join the link, and our expert host will guide you through the entire ‘Paint’ session.

Event Schedule

Example of a show that we have run

Before the show

  • A link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed. This will be either a Zoom or Remo link.
  • Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
  • Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

On the day of the event

  • Simply click the event link at the scheduled time, and your host will be there to warmly welcome all attendees.
  • Optional: Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help.

First 5 minutes

  • Our host will welcome you all and start once we have a majority number of attendees.
  • There won't be any room for awkward silences – our host will set the mood with music and engage the group in lively chit-chat.

Next 5 minutes

  • Our host will discuss how the ‘Paint’ Class will be conducted and run through general instructions.

Next 40-50 minutes

  • Time to turn your plain canvas into a creative masterpiece with few brushstrokes. Apply your favourite colors, style or design to make it unique.

Last 5 minutes

  • And that's a wrap!
  • A winner is announced.
  • A screenshot of the group is taken - say cheers.

Things you’ll need for the event

  • Host to run event.
  • Zoom Link that will be used for the event.
  • Paint kit
  • Option to buy extras like a wine bottle or snacks
Required from you:
  • Computer
  • Internet
  • Video and microphone
  • A jar of water to keep your brushes clean and at the ready.
  • Cloth or paper towel to wipe away any accidental splatters of artistic brilliance.
  • Don’t forget to wear your most comfortable clothes or use an apron to avoid the fun mess.

Cancellation policy

  • Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
