Want to add a sweet touch to your team-building experience? Then, our Virtual Chocolate Candy Making class is just what you need. Led by an expert chocolatier, you and your team will learn the precise methods to temper chocolates to perfection. Once the melted chocolate is ready to pour into molds, enjoy crafting delicious chocolate peanut butter pretzels, chocolate-covered Oreos, peppermint bark, almond bear claw, and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Prior to the event, participants will receive chocolate candy-making kits delivered straight to their doorstep. Each kit includes 1lb of dark, white or milk chocolate, chocolate molds, pretzels, peanut butter, almonds, pecans, caramel, Oreos, dipping tongs, and an instruction card. If your team members have any history of allergies to nuts or other ingredients, please let us know so we can customize the kits accordingly.
