About Event

Looking for ways to perk your team’s energy levels by turning your mundane coffee break into a revitalizing experience? Join the Hooray Teams Virtual Coffee Tasting session, where you and your team bond over a brew. An expert coffee connoisseur will spill the beans on coffee production, brewing, and pour-over techniques, and how to sample fine nuances of flavor profiles. Along the way, you and your team brew up to 3-4 cups of coffee and learn to appreciate each of its flavors like dark chocolate, blackberry, and caramel.

You and your team will receive coffee making kit delivered straight to your doorstep a few days before the event. Inside the kit, you will find 3 to 4 pouches of pre-measured quality coffee bean samples, accompanied by a tasting guide and tasting notes. If you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferred coffee type, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation
4Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
5Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Coffee Tasting Event will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

An expert host will teach you the techniques and tips to brew different coffee samples.
You and your team will engage in brewing 3-4 cups of coffee and share feedback with the team.
There will be a final Q&A where participants can ask anything coffee-related.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
