About Event

Gather your ghouls to shake things up this Halloween with our Virtual Mixology experience. An expert bartender guides you through the process as he teaches and crafts three potions of brew, each with unique flavors and ingredients. Along the way, you and your team will learn tips and tricks to enhance your cocktail-making skills with different liquors and garnishes.

Before the event, all the participants will receive a cocktail mixology kit right to their doorstep to create spooky concoctions. Each kit contains 50 ml of whiskey, 50 ml tequila, 50 ml vodka, Licor 43, 4 oz. lemon juice, 8 oz. sparkling cider, edible glitter, themed treats, themed goodies, fruit garnish, Oreo, gummi worms, and cinnamon. So put on your best costume (a witch’s hat or perhaps a vampire cape?), and get ready to stir up some eerie fun.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4The kits will be dispatched via Standard UPS Ground, commencing 10 days prior to the event, and are available solely within the contiguous United States.
5Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
6Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how Virtual Halloween Mixology will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

Your team will be guided through the process of crafting three concoctions, themed to fit the Halloween season.
Throughout the session, the bartender shares tips, tricks, and techniques for mixing drinks to perfection.
Additionally, participants are encouraged to don their spooky Halloween costumes to enhance the festive atmosphere.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Things you'll need for the event

Includes:

Kit - including 50 ml of whiskey, 50 ml tequila, 50 ml vodka, Licor 43, 4 oz. lemon juice, 8 oz. sparkling cider, edible glitter, themed treats, themed goodies, fruit garnish, Oreo, gummi worms, and cinnamon.
Customized Mocktail Kit (upon request)
Optional: We can supply a tool kit for $25 per person and snack packs for $10 per person.

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
