Virtual Cocktail Class – Cheers to Team Building!

A virtual cocktail experience is a fun, interactive team-building session where teams craft delicious cocktails together. Hosted via video conferencing platforms, most of these events are typically led by professional mixologists and include pre-delivered kits to make participation easy. 

A few days prior to the event, participants will receive a curated cocktail kit delivered to their doorstep. On the day of the event, they join a live, interactive mixology session via a video conferencing platform like Zoom or Teams. Guided by a professional host, teams learn how to craft two to three delicious cocktails from scratch.

To host a virtual cocktail class, select a video conferencing platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Book slots for a hosted virtual cocktail class. If the selected class does not include kits, share a list of required ingredients with the participants so they can source the supplies locally. Send out meeting invites with all the necessary details so everyone can join the session. Alternatively, opt for virtual team-building platforms like Hooray Teams to enjoy a fully-hosted experience with event kits delivered in advance.

Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking for the virtual cocktail class is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Participants can simply click on the link to join the session on the scheduled date.

Team members just need a computer or tablet connected to a stable internet connection to join the event.

The cocktail making kits include 50 ml of Tequila, Vodka, Whiskey, 2 oz of fruit and sugar syrups, herbs, garnish, edible glitter, and a handy instruction card. 

We deliver curated cocktail making kits to all participants. In addition, participants should also bring a shaker, a strainer, spoons, a cutting board, a knife, cocktail glasses, a towel, or napkins.

For kitted events, there is no option for cancellation once the kits are shipped to the participants’ addresses. 

Yes. International shipments outside the United States may incur additional taxes or duties depending on the destination country and shipping regulations. Any applicable charges will be communicated in advance.
