Virtual bingo is an online team-building game where each participant receives a digital bingo card with numbers or customized prompts. Each participant receives a digital bingo card either via email via a video platform, or a dedicated application. The card is filled with traditional numbers or customized prompts related to work, pop culture, or a chosen theme. A live host calls out the prompts, and players mark the corresponding items on their cards. The first player to complete a winning pattern (like a straight line, diagonal, or full card) and call out “Bingo!” wins the round.

To host virtual bingo, select an online video conferencing platform like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Create custom digital bingo cards to engage everyone during the game. Send out meeting invites with all the necessary details so team members can join the session. Alternatively, opt for virtual team-building platforms like Hooray Teams to enjoy a fully-hosted experience.

Before the game begins, our host will share digital bingo cards with your team. They just need to mark off the prompts as called out by the host and create a winning combination to score a win.

Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking for the virtual bingo event is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Participants can simply click on the link to join the session on the scheduled date.
