Looking to spice up the Mexican holiday this year with your team? Then, our Virtual Cinco de Mayo Day Mixology is the perfect choice to add some festive flair to your celebration. Under the guidance of an expert bartender, you and your team will learn to craft a killer Margarita cocktail. He will also walk you through the essential tools of mixology, demonstrating proper techniques and usage to ensure your Margaritas are top-notch. You’ll delve into the history, origins, and evolution of the cocktail, while also learning the significance of Cinco de Mayo.

A few days prior to the event, we will ship everything needed to craft your drink as a kit to every participant’s doorstep. Each kit includes three 50 ml Tequilas, 50 ml orange liqueur, 2 oz. craft syrup, 4 oz. lime juice, 7 oz. craft soda, fruit garnish, themed garnish, and themed goodies. And for those opting out of alcohol, fear not! We’ve got you covered with mocktail options that are just as vibrant and flavorful.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

  1. 1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
  2. 2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
  3. 3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
  4. 4The kits will be dispatched via Standard UPS Ground, commencing 10 days prior to the event, and are available solely within the contiguous United States.
  5. 5Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
  6. 6Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

  • A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
  • Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
  • Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

  • Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
  • Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help

03. First 5 minutes

  • Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
  • Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

  • Our host will provide a brief overview of how Virtual Cinco de Mayo Day Mixology will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

  • The bartender demonstrates how to craft the perfect Margarita using the provided ingredients.
  • Participants engage in a virtual session where they learn about the history of the Margarita, essential mixology techniques, and the significance of Cinco de Mayo.

06. Last 5 minutes

  • And that's a wrap!

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
