About Event

Join our Virtual Cocktail-Making Class to shake and stir your way to becoming a pro mixologist. A professional sommelier will walk you through the mixing process while sharing interesting tips along the way. You and your team will learn to craft three delicious cocktails using Amaretto, Aperol, and Gin. We also provide you with the option to make custom requests based on seasonal and dietary preferences.

Each participant will receive a cocktail-making kit right to their door, complete with Amaretto, Aperol, Gin, Watermelon, Passionfruit, Strawberry and Sugar Syrup, Passionfruit Puree, Marmalade, Herbs, Dried garnish, Dehydrated fruit and Straws. There will be a handy instruction card for prepping and recycling our plastic-free outer packaging and biodegradable containers. Optional extras like a cocktail shaker and a 5-piece Boston set can be included for an additional fee. At the end of your time, you’ll have some fun memories, Instagram-worthy drinks, and simple cocktail recipes to recreate for friends and loved ones.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2, and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that deliveries to the USA mainland and the UK require a 7-day lead time from booking to the actual event date. For worldwide delivery, prices are available upon request, with a minimum 2-week lead time for adequate preparation.
4Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
5Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this meeting link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Interactive Cocktail Class will be conducted and run through general guidelines.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

Learn recipes, techniques, and tips to stir up unique flavors and create your own signature drinks.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Things you'll need for the event

Includes:

Cocktail making kit - includes Amaretto, Aperol, Gin, Watermelon, Passionfruit, Strawberry, and Sugar Syrup, Passionfruit Puree, Marmalade, Herbs, Dried garnish, Dehydrated fruit and Straws and a Handy Instruction Card.
Optional: We can supply a Manhattan cocktail shaker for $10 per person, or a 5-piece Boston set for $30 per person.

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
