About Event

Looking to add a fun, seasonal twist to your team’s cocktail class? Just say the word! The Hooray Teams Virtual Holiday Mixology Class will help you and your team celebrate the seasons in style. Our professional bartender will demonstrate shaking, stirring, and mixing three holiday-themed cocktails in a casual and relaxed setting. The host will also share anecdotes about the origin and evolution of each cocktail and the techniques behind crafting the perfect drinks.

Each participant will receive a holiday mixology kit delivered right to their door a few days before the event. Inside each kit, you will find 50 ml of vodka, 50 ml of tequila, 50 ml of whiskey, Licor 43, 4 oz. lemon juice, 7 oz. ginger beer, fruit garnish, powdered sugar, candied ginger, cherry, cinnamon, dry spice, and themed goodies. Also, feel free to wear your favorite holiday attire like an ugly sweater, Santa hat, or anything that puts you in the seasonal spirit. You can also customize the run of the show if you have any team preferences.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4The kits will be dispatched via Standard UPS Ground, commencing 10 days prior to the event, and are available solely within the contiguous United States.
5Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
6Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how Virtual Holiday Mixology will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

Our bartender shows how to make three holiday cocktails, teaching shaking, stirring, and garnishing.
Participants have the chance to socialize, share stories, and enjoy the seasonal drinks they've crafted together.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Things you'll need for the event

Includes:

Kit - including 50 ml of Vodka, 50 ml Tequila, 50 ml Whiskey, Licor 43, 4 oz. lemon juice 7 oz. ginger beer, fruit garnish, powdered sugar, candied ginger, cherry, cinnamon, dry spice and themed goodies.
Customized Mocktail Kit (upon request)
Optional: We can supply a tool kit for $25 per person and snack packs for $10 per person.

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
