Once payment is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing your event date. Our logistics team will follow up to confirm shipping details, and an event planner will be in touch to help with any questions or customizations. The kits will be delivered right to each participant’s doorstep ahead of the event. We typically need about two weeks to prepare everything. Before the event, you’ll receive a Zoom link to share with your team so they can easily join the session.

Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Participants can simply click on the link to join the session on the scheduled date.

We send curated kits for hands-on experiences, so make sure to keep them ready with you at the time of joining. Teams just need a reliable device with a webcam and microphone connected to a stable internet source to join the event.
