Our Online onboarding games are interactive team-building activities designed to help new hires connect and feel welcome within the workplace. Team members can participate in fun onboarding games like trivia, icebreaker questions, or escape rooms via video platforms guided by our expert host. These games are designed to be inclusive, so new team members can engage and build meaningful connections with the rest of the team.
How do our new hires join virtual onboarding games?
Our team will share a meeting link with you prior to the event. You can create an invite with your team and paste the joining link. On the event day, participants can simply click the virtual event link to join the session.
What are the pricing options available on Hooray Teams?
We offer flexible pricing options to suit every team size and event type. Our individual pricing is based on the exact number of attendees, making it ideal for smaller groups. For larger groups, we offer group pricing tiers that scale with your team size. If you’re planning a kitted event, bundling multiple experiences, we provide custom pricing tailored to your requirements.
What kind of group pricing do you offer?
We offer multiple pricing ranges based on the number of attendees. Our group pricing starts at $249 for 1 to 20 participants, $499 for 21 to 50, $799 for 51 to 100, $1,099 for 101 to 300, and $2,500 for 301 to 450 attendees. If your team size doesn’t fall within these ranges or you’re unsure which option works best, our expert event planners are happy to help you find the perfect fit.
Can we shorten the session time?
Yes. We can easily adjust the duration of virtual onboarding games for employees to fit your onboarding schedule. Just let us know at the time of booking the event.
Do you offer icebreaker sessions?
Yes. We can include fun icebreakers to help your new hires feel comfortable and connected right from the start.
Can your team help us run a game during our 3-hour onboarding session?
Yes. Our team can help run interactive onboarding games during your 3-hour induction program. Whether it’s trivia, bingo, or something hands-on like a virtual paint party, we’ll make sure your team enjoys the best employee onboarding experience.
Can only 10 of our new hires join the onboarding session?
Yes! Your group of 10 can absolutely join the employee onboarding activities and games. We can tailor the session to fit your group size and make sure everyone has a great experience.
Do my team members need to be tech-savvy to join?
Not at all! Our sessions are designed to be easy and user-friendly. All you need is a laptop or mobile device with an internet connection. Just join the Zoom link we share, and you’re all set to go.
Is it okay if our group size changes?
That depends on the type of event your team selects. For non-kitted virtual onboarding events, changes in headcount are absolutely fine. For hands-on experiences, just let us know before the kits are shipped so we can adjust accordingly.
Can we take a group photo during the event?
Absolutely! Our host is happy to capture a group screenshot at the end of the virtual onboarding games. If you’d like, we can even take photos of specific moments during the game. Just let us know your preferences in advance.
Can we get a video recording of the event?
Yes, we can arrange to record the virtual onboarding activities. Just let us know in advance so we can enable recording and share the file after the event.
Can we award prizes to the winners?
Certainly! You’re welcome to source your own prizes to reward the winning team. We can also make the prize announcement extra special by arranging a fun spin-the-wheel or other creative ways to celebrate the winners. Just let us know your preferences.
What if we need to cancel onboarding events?
We get it—plans can change. You can cancel for free up to 10 days before the event. However, for kitted experiences, cancellations won’t be possible once the kits are shipped.
