  • What is Virtual Bingo?

    Virtual Bingo is an online team-building game in which each participant receives vibrant bingo cards with themed prompts. A live host calls out the prompts, and players mark the corresponding items on their cards. The first player to complete a winning pattern, like a row, column, or diagonal, will call out “Bingo!” and win the round.

  • How do we host Virtual Bingo?

    To host Virtual Bingo, select an online video conferencing platform like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Create custom digital bingo cards and assign a host to lead the session. Send out meeting invites with all the necessary details so team members can join the session. Alternatively, opt for virtual team-building platforms like Hooray Teams to enjoy a fully-hosted experience.

  • How does a Virtual Bingo game work?

    Before the game begins, our host will kick things off by sharing digital bingo cards with all the participants. Each card is filled with interesting prompts. The host will call out the prompts one by one for the participants to mark off on their cards. The goal is to create a winning pattern (straight line, diagonal, or four corners) and shout ‘Bingo!’ to score a win. Virtual bingo for team building includes three to four rounds, and in the final round, the first player to complete the entire card wins the game.

  • How do we join the hosted Virtual Bingo event?

    Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking for the Virtual Bingo event is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Participants can simply click on the link to join the session on the scheduled date.

  • What do we need to join the bingo virtual game?

    We provide digital bingo cards. Teams just need a computer or tablet connected to a stable internet connection to join the event.

  • Do we need to download additional software to enjoy the virtual team bingo event?

    No! You don’t need any additional software to play our Virtual Bingo team building game.

  • How many participants can join the virtual team bingo game?

    Our custom virtual bingo event can accommodate 2 to 1000 participants, making it suitable for both small and large teams.

  • Do you offer themed or seasonal bingo games?

    Yes. We offer a variety of themed and seasonal team building bingo games, such as wine, ice cream, Thanksgiving, Juneteenth, and Drag Queen bingo, to engage your team.

  • Do we need to print the bingo cards?

    No! Participants can mark off the prompts digitally during the Virtual Bingo team building event.

  • Can we customize the duration of the Virtual Bingo?

    Yes. Our Virtual Bingo typically lasts 60 minutes, but we can customize the duration to fit your preferences.

  • Can we customize the online bingo event?

    Absolutely! You can reach out to our event managers to customize the session based on your team’s preferences and schedule.

  • What are the pricing options available on Hooray Teams?

    We offer flexible pricing options to suit every team size and event type. Our individual pricing is based on the exact number of attendees, making it ideal for smaller groups. For larger groups, we offer group pricing tiers that scale with your team size. If you’re planning a kitted event that combines multiple experiences, we offer custom pricing tailored to your specific needs.

  • What kind of group pricing do you offer?

    We’ve got flexible group pricing that adjusts based on your team size. Our group pricing starts at –

  • Can we award prizes to the winners?

    Certainly! You’re welcome to source your own prizes to reward the winning team. We can also make the prize announcement extra special by arranging a fun spin-the-wheel or other creative ways to celebrate the winners. Just let us know your preferences.

  • Can we take a group photo during the event?

    Absolutely! Our host will be happy to take a group screenshot at the end of the event. If you’d like, we can even take photos of specific moments during the session. Just let us know your preferences in advance.

  • Can we get a video recording of the event?

    Yes, we can arrange to record the session. Just let us know in advance so we can enable recording and share the file after the event.

  • Can we cancel the event?

    Yes. You can opt for free cancellations up to 10 days prior to the event.
