To host online bonsai classes, select a video conferencing platform, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Book slots for an online class with event kits. If the selected class does not include kits, make sure to share a list of supplies so participants can source them locally. Send out meeting invites with all the necessary details for team members to join the session. Alternatively, opt for virtual team building platforms like Hooray Teams to enjoy a fully hosted experience with event kits delivered in advance.

Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking for the Virtual Bonsai Class is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Participants can simply click on the link to join the session on the scheduled date.

We deliver bonsai making kits to the participants in advance. Team members just need a computer or tablet connected to a stable internet connection to join the event.

The bonsai kit includes a bonsai plant, a bonsai pot, and a pair of tree clippers.

We deliver a bonsai beginners kit to all participants. In addition to that, make sure to have a spacious table or floor space, a bowl of water, napkins, and an apron (optional). 

Our Virtual Bonsai Class can accommodate 10 to 500 participants, making it perfect for teams of all sizes.

For kitted events, there is no option for cancellation once the kits are shipped to the participants’ addresses.
