About Event

Treat your team to a unique culinary experience with Hooray Teams Dumpling Making Class. You and your team will get to learn new tips and tricks on how to make 5- 7 dumplings in various shapes like crescent, pleated, or triangular as you like. An expert chef will teach you to fill the right amount of seasoned meat or chopped veggies into dumpling wrappings so you pan-fry, boil, or steam them.

To ensure everyone can participate fully, we’ll send a dumpling-making kit to each participant’s doorstep a few days before the event. Each kit includes wrappers, pre-seasoned meat fillings such as chicken, pork, lamb, and /or vegetable fillings such as mushrooms or tofu, along with dipping sauces. We can also tailor the experience to suit your team’s dietary needs if you have any custom requests or gluten or vegan-specific preferences.

Your professional host, who will be with you online the whole time.
A meeting link to join, while our host handles the rest.
Please note: Recipe items may be processed in facilities that contain known food allergens, including soy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, and fruits.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation
4Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
5Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Dumpling Making Event will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

An expert chef walks you and your team through filling and wrapping the dumplings into different shapes.
He will also share tips, and techniques and answer your questions along the way.
By the end of the class, savor your own delicious dumplings and share feedback.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
