About Event

Ring in some holiday cheer with a fun ornament painting party! You’ll leave with four festive wood ornaments to spruce up your tree. In this event, your group will be led step-by-step through the creation of 4 beautiful wood ornaments by a professional artist.

We’ll ship each guest a painting kit, complete with all the supplies you’ll need to turn the wood slabs into fun ornaments. Every kit comes with four wood slabs, twine and bells, two paint brushes, 0.4 oz. of red, yellow, blue, white, and black acrylic paints, and a small palette. Also available are upgrades with food, custom messages, and holiday accessories. This event is a great way to be merry and bright with your team.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
5Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.
6Please note - standard shipping is included in the cost. Shipping addresses are due 14 days before the event date.
7Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. International and expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Holiday Ornament Paint Party event will be conducted and run through general guidelines.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

Under the guidance of an expert, you will learn to decorate holiday ornaments.
Then, you will decorate wood ornaments with the materials present in the box.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!
