A Virtual Hula Dance Class is an online team building activity hosted on video platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Participants follow a professional instructor who breaks down traditional hula movements, including graceful hand gestures and gentle hip motions, into simple and easy-to-follow steps. Along the way, teams also discover how each movement reflects stories inspired by Hawaiian culture, nature, and traditions.

To host a Virtual Hula Dance for teams, select a suitable video conferencing platform, such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Decide on the dance styles based on the team’s preferences, experience, and goals. Hire a professional instructor to guide your team through a mix of low- and high-intensity dance moves. Send meeting invites with the joining link and other necessary details. Alternatively, teams can choose platforms like Hooray Teams to book a fully hosted session.

Our Virtual Hula Dance Class is around 60 minutes long, but the duration can be adjusted based on your team’s preference.
