About Event
Does your busy remote work life leave you feeling stressed, stiff, and sore? Prioritize self-care with Hooray Teams’ Virtual Office Yoga & Basic Ergonomics workshop. This one-hour session is divided into two sections that address physical well-being and workplace ergonomics.
In the first 30 minutes, our expert yoga master will guide your team through a series of gentle, full-body stretches to release tension and refresh your body. You and your team will engage in movements that can be done both while standing up and seated in a chair.
The remaining 30 minutes focus on a workshop about effective work ergonomics. You’ll learn practical tips and preventative measures to protect your body from the strains of prolonged computer and phone use. We’ll cover desk setup, ergonomic tools, sitting postures, and exercises, plus lifestyle habits and mental resilience for a stress-free work environment.
The Hooray Teams Virtual Office Yoga & Basic Ergonomics includes -
