About Event

Want to capture your furry best friend on canvas? Join Hooray Teams Virtual “Paint Your Pet” Party to create a timeless masterpiece portraying your beloved companion. You and your team can send in a photo of your pet (or any animal), and we’ll turn it into a sketch for your team to paint. You will create, mingle, and finish with a fun portrait to display in your home, featuring your most dashing family member.

Everything required for this activity will be delivered to everyone’s doorstep before the session begins. The kit includes one 11×14 canvas pre-sketched with each guest’s pet outline, two paint brushes, a small palette, and 0.5oz of red, yellow, blue, white, and black acrylic paints. There is an $8 fee to add an additional pet to the canvas.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
5Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.
6Please note - Shipping addresses are due 14 days before the event date.
7Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. International and expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

Event Schedule

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual "Paint Your Pet" Party event will be conducted and run through general guidelines.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

The host will provide step-by-step instructions on how to paint your pet. They may also offer tips and techniques to help you achieve the best results.
As you paint, you'll have the opportunity to mingle with other participants. Share stories about your pets, ask for advice, or simply enjoy each other's company.
Finally, proudly display your pet portrait to other team members

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
