About Event

Raise your glass to good times and good company as you join our Virtual Vodka Mixology Experience. Led by a friendly mixologist, you will learn essential mixing tips and tricks to boost your bartending knowledge. With these newfound skills, you and your team will be able to craft three vodka cocktails, be it timeless classics or trendy concoctions. Along the way, the host will tell you the secrets behind why vodka is hailed as “The Bartender’s Canvas.” He will also explain the versatility of citrus vodka and its myriad uses in crafting signature cocktails.

To make it easy and convenient, we will deliver a vodka mixing kit to each participant’s doorstep. Each kit consists of three 50 ml bottles of vodka, 50 ml Orange Liqueur, 2 oz. craft syrup, 4 oz. citrus, 7 oz. grapefruit soda, fruit garnish, pink sugar, edible glitter, cocktail umbrella, and glow stick. Is someone on your team not a fan of alcohol? No problem! We’ve got mocktail kits tailor-made for you.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4The kits will be dispatched via Standard UPS Ground, commencing 10 days prior to the event, and are available solely within the contiguous United States.
5Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
6Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.

03. First 5 minutes

Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Vodka Mixology Experience will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

The team learns about the history, characteristics, and versatility of vodka as a base spirit for a wide range of cocktails.
Led by a skilled mixologist, the team engages in hands-on experience and makes three distinct vodka cocktails.
Participants can ask questions, share their experiences, and connect with the team.

06. Last 5 minutes

And that's a wrap!

Things you'll need for the event

Includes:

Customized Mocktail Kit (upon request)
Optional: We can supply a tool kit for $25 per person and snack packs for $10 per person.

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
