About Event

Take your team bonding events up a notch with Hooray Teams Virtual Whiskey Mixology Experience. You and your team will learn about the history and production of a variety of whiskeys, including Bourbon, which is the star of this class. An expert bartender will help you and your team shake, stir, and savor three signature whiskey cocktail drinks. As you sip your drinks, the host will spill the beans on how whiskey gains its color and flavor richness, along with perfect cocktail pairings.

All the attendees will receive a whiskey mixology kit straight to their door a few days before the event. Inside the kit, you will find three 50 ml whiskies, 50 ml Amaro, 2 oz. craft syrup, 4 oz. citrus, 7 oz. ginger beer, fruit garnish, candied ginger, edible glitter, bear pick, and cherry.  In case you would like to arrange mocktail options for those who aren’t a fan of alcohol, you can let Hooray Teams know in advance.

How it works

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

  1. 1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
  2. 2After the payment is successfully processed, our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants' address details to ship the event kits.
  3. 3Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
  4. 4The kits will be dispatched via Standard UPS Ground, commencing 10 days prior to the event, and are available solely within the contiguous United States.
  5. 5Additionally, one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
  6. 6Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the show

  • A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
  • Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
  • Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

  • Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
  • Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help

03. First 5 minutes

  • Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
  • Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

  • Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Virtual Whiskey Mixology Experience will be conducted and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

  • The team will get an overview of whiskey mixing, including its history, production, and mixing techniques.
  • Under the guidance of an expert, participants blend different whiskies and ingredients to create their own unique flavor profiles.
  • After mixing, participants sample their creations and discuss the flavors, receiving feedback and suggestions for further experimentation.

06. Last 5 minutes

  • And that's a wrap!

Cancellation policy

Please note that there is no option for cancellation once the kit is shipped.
