Terms and Conditions for Kitted Events

To secure your event date and time, full payment is required at least 14 days before the event.
Additional attendees can be added up to 14 days before the event for US domestic deliveries.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once kits have been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the client.

All kits require a minimum of 14 days for delivery, starting from when payment is received and all attendee shipping details are provided.
For attendee details received at least 14 days before the event: If a kit does not arrive on time due to unforeseen delays, we will make every effort to send a last-minute replacement via expedited shipping at no extra cost. If that’s not possible, we’ll refund 15% of the hosting fee for that attendee.
For attendee details submitted less than 14 days before the event, there is a risk kits may not arrive on time, and those attendees will not be eligible for a hosting fee refund.

International deliveries may be subject to additional shipping, customs, duties, or import fees. These will be invoiced separately once shipping locations are confirmed, and the amount will vary depending on destination.
Hooray Teams may not be able to deliver kits to certain countries. If delivery is not possible, a refund will be provided for the kit, and attendees may still join the event without a kit with only the hosting fee charged.
