Our expert host will guide your team through the event and keep everyone engaged from start to finish. For kitted events, all materials are shipped to participants in advance. Some activities include a fun competition, and the host will announce a winner at the end.

Our team will send you a meeting link once your booking for the selected 4th of July event is confirmed. All you need to do is copy this link and paste it into your event invites. Team members can simply click on the link to join the session.

For larger groups, we offer group pricing tiers that scale with your team size. If you’re planning a kitted event, bundling multiple experiences, we provide custom pricing tailored to your requirements.

We offer multiple pricing ranges based on the number of attendees. Our group pricing starts at $249 for 1 to 20 participants, $499 for 21 to 50, $799 for 51 to 100, $1,099 for 101 to 300, and $2,500 for 301 to 450 attendees.  If your team size doesn’t fall within these ranges or you’re unsure which option works best, our expert event planners are happy to help you find the perfect fit.

For virtual 4th of July events that include kits, we’ll send everything your team needs straight to their doorsteps. All participants need is a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection to join the fun.

Our 4th of July virtual events last 60 minutes, but we can customize the duration based on your team’s preferences.

Our 4th of July virtual activities can accommodate up to 1000 participants, making them suitable for teams of all sizes to join the celebration. 

That depends on the type of event your team selects. For non-kitted virtual 4th of July events, changes in headcount are absolutely fine. For hands-on experiences, just let us know before the kits are shipped so we can adjust accordingly.

We get it—plans can change. You can cancel for free up to 10 days before the event. However, for kitted experiences, cancellations won’t be possible once the kits are shipped.
