About Event

Is a desk-bound, fast-paced work routine taking a toll on your team’s physical health? Join us for a revitalizing Virtual Office Yoga session and ease the chronic strains of long hours spent at a desk. An expert yoga master will guide your team through a series of gentle, full-body stretches while standing up and seated in a chair. Participants will learn to relieve taut tension in areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, and arms that are most affected by sedentary work routines.

During the final 10 minutes, the host will guide you through tips and techniques to help you release muscle tension on your own. To ensure safety, we recommend using a stable, non-swiveling chair to reduce the risk of injury while moving. No yoga mat or change of clothes is required.
