About Event

Our 6-week virtual Wellness Course is specially designed for your team to unplug and destress from daily hustles. This 360-degree holistic journey focuses on meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises to improve your employees’ workplace well-being. The course will take place via Zoom for one hour per week, totaling six hours over the six-week period. No equipment is needed, just a calm, comfortable space and an open mind. 

Our virtual wellness course takes you through:

  • Online MeditationLearn various mindfulness, stillness, and visualization techniques to discover inner peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
  • Chair YogaYou will be guided through a series of gentle movements, stretches, and exercises, all from the comfort of your own chair. 
  • Breathing Exercises Explore Deep Belly Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Mindful Breathing, and more to reduce stress and enhance relaxation. 

By the end of this 6-week wellness program, your team will be better equipped to handle daily work-related stress while soothing their anxious minds.

Week 1

  • Overview of the course
  • Basic postures of Chair Yoga

Week 2

  • Progression in Chair Yoga with slightly more advanced poses
  • Focus on enhancing comfort and reducing strain while working.

Week 3

  • Introduction to various meditation techniques
  • Mindfulness exercises to enhance focus and clarity

Week 4

  • Advanced  breathing exercises for stress relief
  • Practices to use mindfulness for better productivity 

Week 5

  • Stillness and visualization methods to find inner peace
  • Integration of meditation and yoga practices 

Week 6

  • Strategies for cultivating long-term wellness habits
  • Final Q and A session with the wellness expert

Booking an event on Hooray Teams is as simple as 1, 2 and 3!

  1. 1Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of the booking.
  2. 2Then one of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or want to make any customizations to the event (for free!).
  3. 3Before the event, we’ll send you a link. Simply create a meeting with your team and copy and paste this Zoom link in for the event.

And you’re ready! On the event day, simply join the link, and our expert hosts will take care of it from there. You can sit back with your team and enjoy the whole event.

01. Before the event

  • A Zoom link will be sent to you once your payment has been made & booking confirmed.
  • Copy this link and create a meeting invitation for your team.
  • Paste this link as the location of the meeting.

02. On the day of the event

  • Click the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
  • Want to add your own unique welcome message as well? Let us know & we can ask the host to help

03. First 5 minutes

  • Our host will give you a warm welcome and will start the event once we've reached the expected number of attendees.
  • Our host will keep the atmosphere lively with some great music and light-hearted conversations.

04. Next 5 minutes

  • Our host will provide a brief overview of how the Wellness Experience Event will be conducted, and run through general house rules.

05. Next 40-50 minutes

  • The guide will lead participants through different postures, poses, and stretches through a guided chair yoga session.
  • During meditation class, you will be guided through breathing, mindfulness techniques, and visualization exercises.
  • Participants can share their experiences and ask for clarification or guidance in each class.

06. Last 5 minutes

  • And that's a wrap!
